  • Nothing reaches your supervisor, HR, Legal, or management without your knowledge and consent.
  • Your visit will not appear in any personnel file.
  • The process is off the record — informal, and outside any official proceeding.
The one exception

If someone may be in serious danger.

If what you share suggests an imminent risk of serious physical harm to you or someone else, we have a responsibility to act. If that ever happens, we will tell you exactly what we are doing and why. This is the only exception to our confidentiality.

We report to no department and answer to no stakeholder except integrity — structurally independent from HR, Legal, and management.
