If what you share suggests an imminent risk of serious physical harm to you or someone else, we have a responsibility to act. If that ever happens, we will tell you exactly what we are doing and why. This is the only exception to our confidentiality.
Our work follows the International Ombuds Association Standards — the global benchmark for ombuds practice.
We report to no department and answer to no stakeholder except integrity — structurally independent from HR, Legal, and management.
We take no sides. We advocate for fair process — never for any particular outcome.
We hold everything you share in strict confidence. The only exception is an imminent risk of serious harm.
We work outside formal channels. This is a conversation, not a proceeding — no complaints filed, no records created.
